I put my plants outside every summer and my plants loves it. All I do is make sure plants are not in direct sun, or at least morning sun and then shade for the rest of the day. Plants also love rainwater.

50:12 I definitely understand that feeling, not wanting to give up your entire life and hobbies and loves to be a parent. I only got in the house plants about a year and a half ago and I’ve already got close to 200 lol. I have four kids all at home ranging from 19 to 3 years old. I pretty much gave up everything and focus solely on the baby for the first two kiddos. Took a long time for me to finally find myself again, baby number three was supposed to be the last one and then surprise surprise right after lockdown found out I was pregnant again! I was so worn out and exhausted from parenting for so long, always putting the kids first and never thinking about myself and my body not being my own. I almost had a mental breakdown when I found out I was pregnant again. I was struggling to find the right balance. Started outdoor gardening after my last kiddo was born, and when I realized how much joy it brought me, I decided to get a few house plants last summer, and oh my goodness I found the one thing that fills my soul with joy as much as my kids, watching my plants grow ❤ my plant Hobby keeps me sane and makes me a better mother I have found. Of course, my children are always my top priority, but in order for me to continue to do that I have to make my own mental health and joy a priority as well and plants are what does that for for me. You’re gonna screw up girl there’s gonna be times where you think you’re failing both at being a mother and being a plant parent and that’s OK. Just remember whenever you’re beating yourself up because you forgot to water your plants or you had to put the baby in the crib to cry it out, be kind to yourself instead of judging yourself for your shortcomings talk to yourself like you would your best friend and encourage yourself like that. You totally got this girl you’re gonna knock it out of the park.

The R. Tetrasperma and R. Decursiva are both on my NEVER buy again list too. The P. Paraiso Verde and P. Watermelon are also ones that I will not buy again. The String of...s are also on the nope list for me. One plant that I have never owned and will never own, because I think it is hideous, is the Pilea Peperomioides. As for the Thai Constellation, that's the kinda thing a lawsuit in court is for. But since you are in Canada, I don't know how it works there. I am in the US and I would have sued her. I have a really small Thai (paid $40), but if anything ever happened to it, I would not replace it. During the pandemic I had over 250 plants, currently I have 102. Loved your video.

Brandi looks gorgeous in pictures, but that is one plant I will not mess with again. Constant tiny leaves that trail, but shrivel. I put some in a substrate called Pafcal. I will see how it does. If it does well, I will leave it there.
